Bone Health

Please read this for my reasons for recommending routine supplementation and this for my reasons for choosing Shaklee.

There are two main nutrients your bones need to be strong:  calcium and vitamin D.  Most people should be taking in 1000-1500 mg daily of calcium and 1500 units of vitamin D.  The farther you live from the equator the harder it is for your skin to get enough direct sun exposure to make vitamin D, so it is more important to supplement.
